addresses, phone numbers or email addresses, for any reason whatsoever. Any
information you share with us will be used for the sole purpose of conducting
business with Whitechapel Ltd.
Whitechapel Guarantee
While we make every effort to represent our products as accurately as possible
we understand a photograph is only a photograph and surprises will happen. We
are ready to do whatever is necessary to make you happy. We will accept
returns of any catalog item for a full refund or exchange. We do ask that
goods returned to us are packed well to avoid damage. Items damaged as a
result of poor handling or packing will be returned to sender.

Shipping
Our goal is to ship all orders within 24 business hours. You can expect to see your
order about 3-10 days after it is placed. We ship all web orders by UPS and
unless a preference is given we will ship by UPS Third
Day service. Next Day, Second Day and International shipping are
available at extra cost. If you wish or need to have your order shipped by UPS
Ground or US Mail, please contact us by phone or email prior to placing your
order.
Backorders
Backorders are an inevitable evil. We dislike them as much as you do. When
they do occur we do our best to ensure they cause as little disruption as
possible. We ship all backorders immediately and by an express service. We
keep a huge inventory at our warehouse to minimize the need for backorders.
Payment
Payment can be made by Visa, Mastercard, American Express or Discover, COD,
personal check and money order. Upon successful processing of a credit
application we can establish a charge account with strict 30-day net terms.
